Canadian Hemp Trade Alliance holds AGM

The Canadian Hemp Trade Alliance (CHTA) held it's 4th Annual General Meeting in Winnipeg this past weekend. The event featured a number of speakers experienced in the production, processing and marketing of hemp fibre products. It was reported that the production of industrial hemp in Canada for 2006 surpassed the 40,000 acre mark.
